How long does it take to process online orders?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.
Orders with expedited shipping, when placed before 12pm GMT, are fulfilled within the business day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm will ship the following business day. Weekend delivery is unavailable.
Can I add a personalised note to gift orders?
If you’re interested in adding a note to your order, please contact us before purchasing to coordinate the personalisation. This may take up to 1 week depending on product availability and shipping location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.
What method of payment is accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?
For orders shipping to a country on our DDP list, taxes and duties are already included in the product price, which is shown on the product page and at checkout. For orders shipping to a country on our DDU list, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable through Dahomey Paris. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Delivery Rate
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
We ship from our studio in the UK. For any delivery destinations except for the US, UK, and EU, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay in the delivery of your order.

Return and Exchange
What is your return policy?
All items are exchangeable for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery or pick-up for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.
In the case of items received incorrectly or in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify us as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered, and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. However, this is also subject to your bank's processing time.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as the cost of the original shipment, will not be refunded.
How do I process a return?

What happens when I purchase from third-party retailers?
We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Dahomey Paris items purchased from other retailers. We are also not liable for items purchased elsewhere—whether full price or second-hand.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at hello@dahomeyparis.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
